Green Juice

I stumbled across this little gem when I was craving something juicy, fruity and yet still healthy one morning between breakfast and lunch time.

This green juice really is super refreshing and fills the gap too! Perfect for spring and busy summer days.

Green Juice

Serves 1-2

  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach or kale leaves (leaves removed from stems and washed)

  • Juice of one large lemon

  • 1 cup coconut water (I used Nuju Organic coconut water)

  • 1 green apple, unpeeled and chopped

  1. Pop all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender or Nutri-bullet and blend until combined.
