Pineapple & Banana Green Smoothie
If you have a fresh pineapple anywhere in your house, try this smoothie as a tropical treat especially as we enjoy the last of these long sunny days! It's a delicious breakfast for kiddies and adults alike or a decent snack for the active bunch.
I cut the whole pineapple into smallish chunks and popped the pieces into a sealed container in the fridge to make the days ahead quick and easy! You can enjoy any leftover pineapple pieces as a snack with natural yoghurt or a handful of almonds or as a fruity dessert after dinner. You could also freeze the chunks if you want a more ice-cream like creamy consistency.
This recipe is super easy but totally delicious. A great way to disguise greens too!
